About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specializing in AI Engineering to join a global technology leader. This full‑time remote position focuses on designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models at scale, while ensuring high‑performance inference across large‑scale systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines, covering model training, inference optimization, and deployment.
• Build and maintain high‑performance computing infrastructure for AI workloads, optimizing resource utilization.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate AI models into production services.
• Apply model optimization techniques such as quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration.
• Research and adopt cutting‑edge AI/ML methods to improve system efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Strong background in computer science or related field with proven experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to work in distributed computing environments and cloud platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
