Member Success & Community Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Member Success & Community Associate to drive member engagement and community growth for a cybersecurity‑focused membership organization. The role is fully remote and involves building strong relationships with members, supporting events, and maintaining accurate CRM data.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, providing timely and professional support.
• Conduct regular outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and messaging platforms to nurture relationships.
• Invite members to virtual and in‑person events, manage registrations, and follow up before and after events.
• Research and validate contact information for members and prospects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
• Maintain accurate member records, assist with reporting, list management, and data cleanup in the CRM system.
• Support social‑media and promotional initiatives related to member communities and events.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with professional outreach and relationship‑building.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, proactive, and service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Use of research tools such as ZoomInfo.
