Member Success & Community Associate (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Member Success & Community Associate to drive engagement and support for members of a cybersecurity‑focused professional organization. The role is fully remote and involves building strong relationships, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate member data.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned members, providing timely and professional support.
• Conduct regular outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and messaging platforms to nurture relationships.
• Invite members to virtual and in‑person events, manage registrations, and follow up before and after events.
• Research and validate contact information for members and prospects using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
• Share research, event invitations, registration codes, and other resources with members.
• Maintain accurate member records in CRM systems, assist with reporting, list management, and data cleanup.
• Support social‑media and promotional initiatives related to community events.
