Menu Pricing Analyst

About the role

Ando is scaling food brands across major delivery platforms and needs a data‑driven professional to own menu pricing and presentation. You will combine analytical insight with hands‑on platform management to maximise profitability and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate recipe costs, track food cost and margins for all brands.
• Benchmark competitor prices and provide pricing recommendations across Uber Eats, Glovo, Bolt Food and the Ando app.
• Upload and maintain new brands and menus, including prices, modifiers, availability, descriptions, categories and images.
• Source suitable food imagery and ensure high‑quality menu presentation.
• Support new brand launches, coordinate promotions and bundles with Growth, Marketing, Culinary and Operations teams.
• Identify low‑margin or under‑performing items and suggest corrective actions.
• Produce regular reports on profitability, pricing trends, competitor activity and menu performance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in pricing, menu management, commercial analysis, cost accounting or food‑tech.
• Strong understanding of food costing, recipe costing, margins and competitor pricing.
• Experience managing menus directly on online food‑delivery platforms.
• Attention to detail for price, image, description and modifier accuracy.
• Background in restaurants, cloud kitchens, QSR or food‑tech is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or related field is preferred.
