Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Lead

About the role

Pathway Technologies is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Lead to drive the full lifecycle deployment of an ERP solution for a major institutional client in Kenya. The role involves leading a small team, coordinating with client stakeholders and ensuring a successful go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, perform gap analysis and design the Dynamics solution.
• Configure and customise Finance, Procurement, HR, Inventory and other modules.
• Manage data migration, system integration and SQL Server database setup.
• Oversee testing phases (UAT, integration, regression) and support the go‑live.
• Lead a small implementation team and maintain project timelines.
• Deliver end‑user training and produce clear technical and user documentation.
• Provide post‑implementation support during the warranty period.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX or Dynamics NAV.
• Proven track record delivering full ERP implementations, preferably for public‑sector or institutional clients.
• Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kisumu or Nairobi as required.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations) or Dynamics AX/NAV.
• SQL Server database administration.
• Data migration and systems integration.
