Graduate Trainee – Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee to join our data team. You will support various departments by collecting, validating, and analysing data to drive informed decisions. This is an entry‑level position ideal for fresh graduates eager to develop professional data‑analysis skills.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organise, validate, and analyse data from multiple departments.
• Prepare statistical reports, summaries, and dashboards to support decision‑making.
• Monitor operational and performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date databases and records.
• Assist departments with data‑driven analysis and reporting.
• Identify data inconsistencies and help resolve quality issues.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives through data analysis.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
