Mid-level Recruiter – Full-cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mid-level Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions and seniority levels. You will partner closely with hiring managers, source both active and passive talent, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates from intake to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview processes.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess fit, and present hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and source effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience (in‑house, agency, or hybrid).
• At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit for a variety of professional, technical, corporate, and operational roles.
• Fluent in English and Russian with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in an international or fast‑growing environment is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Teamtailor experience preferred).
• Advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
