Nail Technician (10 Needed) - High-End Spa

About the role

A high-end spa in Westlands is looking for 10 skilled, professional and customer-focused Nail Technicians to deliver premium nail care and beauty services. Candidates should have hands-on experience in a high-end spa or beauty salon and be passionate about giving clients an exceptional experience. The position is full time, with attractive commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application and finishing.
• Apply artificial nail extensions, gel, acrylics, overlays and other nail enhancements.
• Create nail art designs and special treatments according to client preference.
• Advise clients on their nail care needs, suitable treatments, colours, designs and maintenance routines.
• Recommend nail care products and treatments.
• Clean and sterilize tools and equipment, and keep workstations tidy and stocked.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician in a high-end spa, luxury salon or premium beauty establishment.
• Relevant nail technology or beauty therapy training is an added advantage.
• Professional grooming, creativity, hygiene awareness and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury spa environment.

Required skills

• Manicures, pedicures, artificial nail extensions, gel and acrylic applications, nail art and polish finishing.
• Attention to detail and strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
