Night Manager – Luxury Hotel Operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven, detail‑oriented Night Manager to lead hotel operations during the overnight shift. As the senior leader on duty, you will ensure seamless service, uphold luxury standards, and make decisive decisions in the absence of senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel departments (Front Office, Security, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B) during the night shift and act as Manager on Duty.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handling VIP arrivals, late check‑ins, early departures, and complex service recovery situations.
• Supervise the night audit, validate financial postings, and ensure accuracy in Opera Cloud PMS.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment, lead emergency response, and enforce risk‑management protocols.
• Lead, coach, and motivate overnight teams, conduct shift briefings, and ensure effective handovers.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, hotel policies, and local regulations, maintaining detailed activity logs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a Night Manager in a luxury or upscale international hotel.
• Prior international hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications in hospitality or hotel operations (e.g., Front Office Operations, Revenue Management) are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS.
