Office Operations Manager

About the role

The Office Operations Manager will oversee daily business activities across the ISAT Group, ensuring efficient resource use, high‑quality service delivery, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role works closely with country heads, project managers, and customer support to drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations, optimizing staff, materials, and technology for productivity and cost reduction.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce errors.
• Develop and monitor budgets, review costs, and improve financial performance.
• Lead and motivate teams, handling staffing, training, and morale.
• Coordinate project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality through customer feedback.
• Oversee customer relation activities, supervising daily operations that affect client experience.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and evaluate service level agreements.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, permits, and regulatory requirements on a quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operations role within the telecom industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑country operations and engage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, conflict‑resolution, and communication skills.
