Officer, Transformation Portfolio Management

About the role

Save the Children International is seeking an Officer to support its Transformation Portfolio Management team. The role will provide project coordination and administrative support for critical transformation initiatives across the global organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and manage internal and external meetings, including senior‑level sessions, by handling invitations, room bookings, minute taking and action tracking.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops and meetings, such as participant lists, venue arrangements, travel support (e.g., visa invitation letters) and supplier liaison.
• Publish meeting materials on SharePoint and ensure documentation of decisions and actions.
• Assist in the design and production of internal communication materials related to transformation projects.
• Support invoice processing and coordination of internal programme and project meetings.

Required profile

• Right to work in the country of assignment for the contract duration.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setting with flexible hours.
• Experience supporting senior staff in a project or portfolio environment.
