Officers Club Manager

About the role

Amentum is seeking an Officers Club Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of the Officers Club supporting a U.S. Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role ensures safety compliance, staff training, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in a remote, austere environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all club operations, including food and beverage services, customer relations, and event coordination.
• Lead, supervise and train club staff to meet Navy MWR service standards and maintain CPR certification.
• Ensure compliance with CNICINST 1710.3 hazardous‑materials handling, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, hazardous‑materials storage, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Plan and execute special events, catering services, and activities for officers and guests.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hospitality, food‑and‑beverage, or facility‑operations management experience.
• Knowledge of Navy MWR operations and CNICINST 1710.3 requirements.
• Valid passport (minimum one‑year validity) and ability to obtain required visas and security clearances.
• Ability to meet medical, security and deployment requirements for an overseas assignment.

Required skills

• CPR certification (and annual recertification).
• First Aid, Food Safety and Sanitation, Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) handling.
• Alcohol Server Intervention training.
• Inventory management and budgeting.
