OpenShift Implementation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an OpenShift Implementation Engineer to design, deploy and manage OpenShift clusters and containerised applications. The role involves ensuring platform stability, security and performance while supporting development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain OpenShift control plane and worker nodes, including networking and storage.
• Deploy, upgrade and manage containerised applications, handling image builds and registry operations.
• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Ansible, Terraform or comparable IaC solutions.
• Implement security best practices and perform troubleshooting, performance tuning and incident resolution.
• Set up monitoring and logging using the ELK stack and create dashboards and alerts for cluster health.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash or other languages to streamline operations.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.
• Solid understanding of container technologies (Docker) and container registries.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
