About the role
The Operational Data Executive will design and implement data management systems, policies and procedures, while ensuring that all operational records and candidate documentation are accurate and compliant. This role supports both IT infrastructure and recruitment processes within the Nairobi office.
Key responsibilities
- Develop systems, procedures and policies for data management across the organization.
- Verify and process documents for all categories, ensuring compliance with filing policies.
- Keep operational records up‑to‑date following company filing standards.
- Ensure candidates travelling have required documents such as Interpol clearance, passport, yellow book and COVID‑19 certificate.
- Control and evaluate IT equipment operations, including computers, printers and routers.
- Maintain stable internet connectivity throughout all company premises.
- Manage interview scheduling and coordination.
- Collaborate with programmers, engineers and management to identify process improvements, propose system modifications and devise data governance strategies.
