Operations Manager – Office Operations

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily office operations across the ISAT Group, ensuring resources are used efficiently, projects are delivered on time, and service quality remains high. This role works closely with country heads, project managers, and customer support to align operational activities with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day business activities, optimizing staff, material and technology resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and monitor budgets, review expenses and enhance financial performance.
• Lead and motivate teams, handling staffing, training and morale.
• Coordinate project execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost control and quality through customer feedback.
• Collaborate with customer support on operational issues affecting customers and conduct customer visits.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers, manage pricing, cost analysis and SLA compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing and permits are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunication or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operations role within the telecom industry.
• Proven ability to manage and improve complex operational environments involving multiple countries.
• Strong negotiation, conflict‑resolution and communication skills.
