Operator – Logistics Planning & Documentation

About the role

The operator will support logistics planning, documentation and financial processes for CFAO and ANT operations. The role ensures accurate stock handling, customs duty processing and invoice management while acting as a systems super‑user.

Key responsibilities

• Upload chassis data, create SAP purchase orders, receive goods and process invoices for TALO/CFAO.
• Conduct monthly stock audits, reconcile TALO/CFAO inventories before and after stock‑take.
• Validate customs agent declarations, prepare payment requests and generate Citi direct upload files for duty, excise and VAT.
• Receive, verify and process port, warehouse, accessory and transport invoices, preparing monthly invoicing statistics.
• Align logistics planning with CFAO sales and operations, track intermediate vehicle movements using the ANT Yard Management System.
• Manage and archive all logistics documents in SPOT, EDOC and other approved systems.
• Lead deployment and sustain usage of onsite systems such as Yard Management System, Synertrade, TALO and ANATA.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in customs & freight (C & F) logistics.
