Outside Sales Representative – HR Consulting (Greenville, SC)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our client base in the Greenville and Upstate South Carolina market. You will sell a portfolio of HR outsourcing, payroll, benefits, and consulting services to business owners and executives, building long‑term relationships that generate recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and network to generate new business opportunities for HR outsourcing and consulting services.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual meetings with decision‑makers to present solutions.
• Develop and maintain referral partnerships with CPAs, attorneys, bankers, and business consultants.
• Deliver sales presentations on ASO HR outsourcing, payroll technology, benefits administration, recruiting, and consulting projects.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline in a CRM, tracking opportunities and follow‑up activities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Represent the firm at networking events, community gatherings, and industry functions.
• Collaborate with internal HR and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven B2B outside sales experience, preferably selling professional services.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Experience selling to business owners, executives, and other decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
