Part-time Chemistry Teacher in Kabupaten Tana Toraja

About the role

Ruangguru is looking for a motivated part‑time teacher to join its English Academy in Kabupaten Tana Toraja. You will deliver English lessons to students of various ages, support their learning journey, and collaborate with a community of Master Teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English classes directly to students across multiple grade levels.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and role‑model support to fellow Master Teachers.
• Conduct consultations with students and parents together with a Student Advisor to recommend suitable learning paths.
• Run Homework Clinic sessions to help students overcome academic challenges.
• Participate in trial classes and share best practices with regional teams.
• Meet the minimum number of teaching and trial sessions as defined by the academy.
• Maintain strong relationships with branch staff and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop learning materials and assignments aligned with the curriculum.

Required profile

• Completed a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a subject relevant to the teaching position.
• Experience teaching very young learners is a plus.
• Proactive, willing to try new teaching methods, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
• Available to teach at the selected Ruangguru English Academy branch.
