Part-Time Corporate Trainer (CPA-K)

About the role

Zetech University in Nairobi is looking for an experienced part-time corporate trainer, based in Westlands. The role suits professionals with recognised certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, CPA-K, CFA, Power BI/Excel or ISO, and at least 5 years of training or corporate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate training records, evaluate participant feedback and learning outcomes, and recommend improvements for future sessions.
• Collaborate with academic and programme teams to identify training needs and tailor short courses or modules to programme requirements.
• Keep training materials, examples and practical exercises up to date with emerging industry practices, tools, standards and technologies.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their professional and technical development.
• Assess participants' understanding and practical application of concepts through exercises, projects, assessments and other methods.
• Integrate professional skills and certification-aligned modules into academic and professional programmes.
• Deliver hands-on demonstrations, exercises, case studies and practical assignments.
• Develop and run practical training sessions on financial modelling, Excel, Power BI, project management tools, governance and related professional skills.
• Deliver short, intensive workshops in professional skills, technical tools and certification-aligned areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or another relevant field.
• Recognised professional certification (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2, CPA-K, CFA, Power BI/Excel, ISO).
• At least 5 years of training or corporate experience.
• Commitment to high-quality training and a positive learning environment for students.
