Part-Time Corporate Trainer (PMP/PRINCE2)

About the role

Zetech University in Nairobi is looking for an experienced part-time corporate trainer to deliver short, intensive workshops on professional skills, technical tools and certification-aligned topics. The role suits professionals who can tailor training to programme needs and integrate practical skills into academic and professional programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate training records, evaluate participant feedback and learning outcomes, and recommend improvements for future sessions.
• Collaborate with academic and programme teams to identify training needs and tailor short courses or modules.
• Keep training materials, examples and practical exercises up to date with emerging industry practices, tools, standards and technologies.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support participants' professional and technical development.
• Assess participants' understanding and application of concepts through exercises, projects and assessments.
• Integrate professional skills and certification-aligned modules into academic and professional programmes.
• Develop and facilitate practical sessions in financial modelling, Excel, Power BI, project management tools, governance and related skills.
• Deliver short, intensive workshops and provide hands-on demonstrations, case studies and practical assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or another relevant field.
• Recognised professional certification such as PMP/PRINCE2, CPA-K, CFA, Power BI/Excel or ISO.
• At least 5 years of training or corporate experience.
• Commitment to high-quality training and a positive learning environment.
