Personal Trainer for Leading Fitness Chain

About the role

SATS is looking for passionate personal trainers to join multiple clubs across Norway. You will work directly with members, creating tailored training and nutrition plans to help them achieve lasting lifestyle changes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs assessments during the first client meeting.
• Design realistic, motivating, and individualized workout and nutrition programs.
• Inspire members, contribute to the club’s overall standards, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Drive sales by building and maintaining your own client portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of personal trainer education (60 ECTS or equivalent) or related qualification such as a bachelor in sports, physiotherapy, psychology/coaching.
• Ability to work 80‑100 hours per month delivering personal training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident relationship building, and a positive, inclusive attitude.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑taking, and diligent in following procedures and guidelines.

Required skills

• Competence in creating customized training and nutrition plans.
• Sales aptitude for acquiring and developing a client base.
