Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the role
Join ShelfLife’s sales team to promote pharmaceutical inventory solutions across Kenya. You will engage with pharmacies, hospitals and healthcare providers to expand product access.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote ShelfLife’s pharmaceutical inventory solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of ShelfLife’s services and handle inquiries professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent pharmacies, hospital buyers, and healthcare providers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by converting leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, preferably in pharmaceuticals.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills with a goal‑oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Swahili.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
