Pipeline Rehabilitation Operator – NSW & QLD

About the role

Pipe Management Australia is seeking skilled Pipeline Rehabilitation Operators to work on waste, sewer and storm‑water projects across New South Wales and Queensland. The role involves hands‑on rehabilitation of pipelines using specialised lining processes and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pipeline rehabilitation using UV‑cured and spiral lining techniques.
• Install Latseal systems (Ibtech) on underground utilities.
• Operate robotics equipment for trenchless repairs.
• Travel intrastate and interstate as required to meet project schedules.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and customer service on all sites.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in the waste, sewer or storm‑water industry.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member.
• Valid WHS General Induction (white card) and a clean MR driver’s licence.
• Current Confined Space Ticket and Safe Work at Heights certification.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment fitness, drug and alcohol testing.
