About the role
We are seeking a Planner to support our construction projects in Nakuru. The role focuses on developing and maintaining accurate project schedules while ensuring alignment with cost, time, and resource objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, update, and optimise project timelines using planning software.
- Analyse project performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Support cost, time, and resource management across all project phases.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and present clear reports to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in construction planning, including work on at least two wastewater treatment plant projects.
- Ability to work on‑site and collaborate within multicultural teams.
- Commitment to high standards of safety, quality and integrity.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Primavera and MS Project.
- Strong analytical and project control capabilities.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management and risk management.
