About the role

We are seeking a reliable, community‑oriented person to keep local notice boards fresh and informative by distributing posters and signs that promote upcoming events, announcements, and news. The position is designed to be light‑weight and low‑commitment, making it ideal for anyone who already walks regularly in their neighbourhood and wants to contribute to local communication.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up newly printed posters or signs from the central collection point roughly once a month, ensuring you have the latest materials.
• Travel to your designated area and securely attach the posters to approved community boards, shop windows, or other permitted locations, following any local posting guidelines.
• Periodically inspect the boards and remove any outdated, torn, or expired posters to maintain a clean and current appearance.
• Record which locations have been updated and report any issues, such as missing boards or permission concerns, back to the coordinator.

Required profile

• Residence or regular presence in a specific neighbourhood that you are willing to cover.
• Ability to allocate approximately one hour per month for the collection, posting, and removal tasks.
• Comfort with walking around the area, handling printed materials, and working independently.
