Primary 1 Teacher (Full‑time, On‑site) – Bungoma

About the role

Marell Schools is looking for enthusiastic Primary 1 (P1) teachers to join its on‑site team in Bungoma. This full‑time position focuses on delivering engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons that support the holistic development of young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver daily lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Evaluate student performance, maintain accurate academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and participation.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance teaching practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.

Required profile

• Valid Teacher Service Commission (TSC) number and CBC compliance.
• Diploma or higher qualification in education, specifically a P1 certificate or equivalent.
• Specialisation in at least one of the following areas: creative arts, mathematics, ICT, or English.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching and training, with a passion for student development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic teaching team.

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
