Senior Eye Make‑Up Product Developer (Advisory)

About the role

Cellmetics Beauty is seeking a senior eye make‑up product developer to work in an advisory capacity. You will shape the eye category, influence product decisions and guide development from concept to launch for a pro‑age brand targeting consumers 50+.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical advisory across eye make‑up products including mascara, eyeliner, brow products and related innovations.
• Guide formulation strategy, ingredient selection, performance targets and commercial trade‑offs.
• Design and oversee validation programmes such as wear testing, ophthalmologist testing, consumer panels, stability studies and PET.
• Evaluate manufacturers’ technical proposals and support sourcing of contract manufacturers and raw‑material suppliers.
• Stay current with EU cosmetic regulations, ingredient developments, claim substantiation and clean‑beauty trends.

Required profile

• Extensive experience developing and launching colour cosmetic products.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams in English within a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution during critical development milestones.
