Product Manager, Self Managed Service

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap and execution of a self‑managed enterprise platform used worldwide. The role focuses on simplifying complex deployments across cloud‑native, on‑premises and highly regulated environments while driving customer adoption and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the market‑focused vision, strategy and product requirements for the self‑managed product portfolio.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives and technical opportunities.
• Gather and analyze feedback from customers, partners and internal stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to define priorities, shape initiatives and ensure delivery of valuable capabilities.
• Reduce deployment complexity and improve reliability across diverse enterprise environments.
• Monitor market trends, competitive positioning and customer demand, working with sales and solutions teams.
• Support evolution of deployment scenarios, including Kubernetes‑based, container platforms, on‑premises and air‑gapped installations.

Required profile

• Product management experience with complex technology platforms, preferably SaaS and self‑managed/on‑premises solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development, deployment models and infrastructure concepts.
• Experience working with customers in regulated industries such as banking, financial services or insurance.
• Ability to translate customer feedback and market insights into clear product strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, marketing, customer success and field teams.
