Product Marketing Specialist (PMO) – New Product & Showroom Excellence

About the role

The Product Marketing Specialist (PMO) will coordinate MICASSO's new product introductions, launch execution, distributor roll‑out and showroom excellence programmes across Kenya. The role acts as the central hub linking Marketing, Sales, Factory, Design, Procurement and distributors to ensure seamless product journeys from development to market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, maintaining a master launch tracker for all upcoming, active and recently launched products.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather product specifications, codes, pricing, packaging, samples and launch dates.
• Prepare and own Terminal Check and Launch Readiness checklists, confirming product quality, POSM, display requirements and marketing communications before market rollout.
• Track product dispatches, monitor distributor readiness, and ensure accurate product information reaches sales teams and distributors.
• Identify gaps, drive corrective actions, and follow up until all launch criteria are met, documenting progress and producing Terminal Check reports.
• Collect market feedback post‑launch and close out the launch cycle.

• Effective communication with internal teams and external distributors.
