Project Manager

About the role

The Partnership Agency is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Project Manager in Nairobi to oversee projects across tech, call centres, BPO, financial services and healthcare. The role suits fast-paced environments, whether managing teams or coordinating virtual and remote projects, and calls for strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee projects across departments (Tech, BPO, Financial Services, Healthcare), develop plans, timelines and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders on scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure milestones are delivered on time, with accountability for quality and results.
• Train and coach team members on project management methods, tools and best practices, and mentor them to improve performance.
• Use CRM and project management tools to track performance and productivity, generate regular progress and risk reports, and maintain performance management frameworks.
• Lead engagement initiatives, build workflows for time management and prioritization, resolve disputes and focus on retention through recognition, feedback and career development.
• Manage remote teams with virtual collaboration tools, fostering transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, set KPIs, analyze project data and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in tech, BPO, financial services, healthcare or call centre industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with call centre operations and remote work is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM, project management and time-tracking tools.
• Leadership, coaching, team-building, performance management, employee engagement and dispute resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in office and virtual settings, with strong organization, communication and time management.
