Project Manager (PMP) – Nairobi

About the role

Nuctech Kenya Company Limited is looking for a proactive, results‑oriented Project Manager (PMP) to lead projects from inception through commissioning and client acceptance. The role is based in Nairobi with regional travel across Africa as required.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage projects through all phases, including procurement, logistics, site readiness and deployment.
• Oversee project implementation, client training, acceptance testing, commissioning and certification.
• Manage day‑to‑day project teams, monitor milestones, timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports and compliance records.
• Engage with clients, address scope changes, costing and risk mitigation, and ensure projects meet quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (required).
• 3–5 years of proven project management experience in technology, engineering, security systems, infrastructure or similar technical environments.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
