QA/QC Engineer - Africa

About the role

Careers International is recruiting experienced QA/QC engineers to oversee quality assurance and quality control on major construction projects across Africa. The role ensures compliance with approved specifications and quality standards. There are 6 vacancies and the required experience is 8 to 12+ years.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor project quality management procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and method statements.
• Coordinate material inspections and testing activities.
• Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams.

Required profile

• 8 to 12+ years of construction QA/QC experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction inspections and testing.
• Experience with quality documentation and compliance.
• Good coordination and reporting skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ITPs, method statements and NCR management.
• Quality documentation and compliance.
• Material and site inspection, quality management systems.
