About the role
Join the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) team at BRAVA to ensure product quality, food safety, and world‑class manufacturing standards.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect incoming dry goods and packaging, conduct hygiene audits and prevent cross‑contamination.
- Analyze ingredients and finished products, monitor manufacturing processes, and validate processing lines.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensure lab hygiene, safety, and proper waste management.
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, ISO, FSSC and other food‑safety regulations.
- Track customer feedback, participate in root‑cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Microbiology or a related field.
- Familiarity with KEBS standards, QMS and FSSC is an advantage.
- Lab experience in manufacturing or quality control, preferably in FMCG.
