Quality System Supervisor

About the role

KEDA Ceramics is looking for a proactive Quality System Supervisor to help build, implement and continuously improve the factory’s quality management system. You will work closely with the Quality Manager and Technical Department to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the factory’s quality management system while promoting quality awareness.
• Assist the Quality Manager in building, implementing and optimizing ISO 9001‑based processes.
• Prepare and revise quality manuals, process documents, work instructions and record forms.
• Monitor compliance across all departments and supervise adherence to production and quality processes.
• Organise and conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Communicate updated regulations, technical parameters and standards to relevant teams.
• Coordinate customer factory visits and external audits.
• Control document management and recommend improvements for non‑compliant or ineffective documents.
• Support process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in quality systems, assurance or control within a manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Experience conducting internal audits and handling corrective/preventive actions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
