Real Estate Videographer

About the role

The Real Estate Videographer will work part‑time in a hybrid setting, creating high‑quality video tours of residential and off‑plan properties for Pavani Realty Co. This role blends on‑site property visits with remote editing to produce engaging visual content for digital marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video tours that showcase interior, exterior, and surrounding area features.
• Coordinate shoot schedules with the advisory and development teams and prepare detailed shot lists.
• Adjust lighting, camera settings, and capture B‑roll footage to align with the brand’s visual storytelling.
• Organize and manage video files, optimize content for various platforms, and deliver fast post‑production turnarounds.
• Collaborate with marketing and advisory staff to support strategic property positioning.

Required profile

• Strong videography skills, including composition and lighting for property and lifestyle shoots.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience creating digital content for social media, websites, and online marketing campaigns.
• Ability to plan and execute shoot schedules independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and visual storytelling ability to highlight property features and neighborhood context.
• Reliable access to professional or prosumer video equipment; still photography experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with advisory and marketing teams.
