Regional Execution Lead – Microsoft CSP (Africa)

About the role

The Regional Execution Lead – Microsoft CSP will drive Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider revenue growth across Africa. Reporting to the Regional Business Head – Cloud, you will lead sales execution, channel expansion and partner enablement to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional Microsoft CSP revenue targets, ensuring forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
• Drive partner onboarding, activation and scaling to expand the CSP channel footprint across multiple African countries.
• Lead strategic CSP partner relationships, develop joint business plans and run regular execution cadences.
• Collaborate with Microsoft field and PSS teams to align deals, inspect pipeline and co‑sell opportunities.
• Run weekly revenue and pipeline reviews, track deal progression, renewal risk and enforce execution discipline.
• Lead Assistant Product Managers and Brand Sales Managers, focusing on high‑impact partners and deals.
• Own regional CSP pricing, discount governance and renewal pricing decisions.
• Manage renewals, recapture initiatives and churn reduction to minimise revenue leakage.

Required profile

• 8‑12+ years of experience in Microsoft CSP, cloud distribution or partner ecosystem roles.
• Proven track record of owning revenue targets, channel expansion and multi‑country execution.
• Strong sales mindset with deep understanding of partner management and execution discipline.
• Excellent analytical, forecasting and pricing skills.
