Regional Growth Executive – East Africa

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Growth Executive to lead Lesaka’s expansion across East Africa, based in Nairobi. The role carries full P&L responsibility and will shape the company’s strategy, sales, operations and partnership agenda in Kenya and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute in‑country growth strategy, including route‑to‑market plans for new territories.
• Lead sales, operations and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and control costs.
• Manage and grow strategic partnerships with product suppliers, payment providers and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee device deployment, operational controls and customer support functions.
• Collaborate with Head Office Finance, Compliance and HR to ensure governance and regulatory alignment.
• Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to international leadership.

Required profile

• Senior commercial leader with proven P&L ownership.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong track record in hospitality, payments, fintech or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high‑performing sales organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
