About the role

The Regional Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple countries, ensuring brand consistency and commercial growth for multinational FMCG brands. This senior position requires strong leadership, analytical insight, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross‑cultural environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the regional brand portfolio, ensuring brand consistency across markets.
• Build and coordinate annual marketing plans for multiple countries.
• Lead relationships with brand owners and business partners.
• Approve marketing calendars, advertising budgets, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and category performance reviews.
• Monitor marketing performance, brand KPIs, and campaign effectiveness.
• Drive visibility initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness activities.
• Support country teams with marketing guidance and operational alignment.
• Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between regional markets.
• Evaluate vendor partnerships and support sourcing decisions based on market insights.
• Ensure marketing activities contribute to commercial growth and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification advantageous).
• 8–12 years of experience in FMCG marketing.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior or regional leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multinational brands and regional campaigns.
• Strong background in trade marketing, brand management, and route‑to‑market dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets and ROI.
• Willingness to travel frequently across regional markets.
