Regional Marketing Assistant (US Market)

About the role

Crimson Global Academy is seeking a hands‑on Regional Marketing Assistant to drive growth in the US market. You will own end‑to‑end campaign execution, from strategy to creative production, while collaborating closely with the regional digital marketer and content teams.

Key responsibilities

• Write high‑converting ad copy for Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Build and optimise landing pages from scratch using page‑builder tools.
• Create presentation materials for webinars, partnerships and educational expos.
• Collaborate with the content team, designers and the Regional Digital Marketer to launch and refine campaigns.
• Monitor performance, analyse data and iterate to improve ROI.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience, having created and managed full campaigns.
• Proven ability to write persuasive copy for ads, emails and landing pages.
• Experience managing paid advertising on Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Strong background in email‑marketing platforms and content creation (blogs, social posts, educational material).
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on analytics and optimisation.
• Self‑starter, detail‑oriented and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
