Regional Partner Sales Manager

About the role

Temenos is seeking a Regional Partner Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and development of new sales partners across Africa. Reporting to the Regional Partner Director and working closely with the New Business Sales Director, you will expand Temenos' channel footprint and drive revenue through introducers, resellers, and distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new sales partners (introducers, resellers, distributors) across target African markets.
• Generate and manage a robust pipeline, conducting regular reviews with Temenos leadership and partner teams.
• Organise and deliver sales‑enablement sessions, providing partners with product knowledge and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Act as the primary sales manager for partner‑driven opportunities, ensuring alignment with Temenos’ multi‑product portfolio.
• Define and implement partner‑team processes, including weekly cadence calls, pipeline reviews, and joint forecasting.
• Support partners with technical and sales training, and act as the liaison between partners and Temenos solution groups.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner or channel sales, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills to manage and motivate partner networks.
• Ability to drive pipeline generation, forecast revenue, and meet sales targets.
• Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work across regional and global teams.
