Regional Sales Manager – Africa

About the role

Mantra is seeking a senior Regional Sales Manager for Africa to own revenue growth across Sub‑Saharan and North Africa. You will define the go‑to‑market strategy, build the brand’s credibility, and be accountable for all regional revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for biometric hardware, OEM sensor modules, and software solutions.
• Identify, qualify and close high‑value opportunities with governments, telecom operators, banks and enterprise customers.
• Develop territory‑specific GTM plans, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM data.
• Build and manage a partner ecosystem of VADs, SIs, VARs and ISVs, including recruitment, enablement and joint pipeline development.
• Lead strategic account negotiations, contract structuring and post‑sale relationship management.
• Track competitive landscape, provide market intelligence and feed product roadmap and pricing strategy.
• Represent Mantra at industry events, government forums and standards meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven senior‑level experience in business development, channel partner management and strategic account management.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets in complex B2B environments, preferably within the biometric or identity‑verification sector.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of accurate forecasting.
