Regional Sales Manager - Central

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager – Central will lead our sales activities across the central region, overseeing distributor networks and driving growth in general trade markets. This role reports to senior management and requires frequent travel within the region.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and manage distributors in the central region.
• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve consistent market growth.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase general trade sales.
• Travel regularly across the central area and occasionally beyond to support sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar sales management role, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• At least one year of hands‑on experience in distributor recruitment.
• Proven track record of managing sales teams and delivering growth.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
