About the role

BayCare Health Systems is looking for experienced ICU/CVICU Registered Nurses to join its Staffing Resource Office (SRO) on a 13‑week system‑pool assignment. The position involves three 12‑hour shifts per week with an every‑other‑weekend commitment, and nurses are assigned to a hospital within a chosen region based on greatest need. Work schedules are unit‑provided and block scheduling is not available.

Required profile

Active Registered Nurse license with BLS and ACLS (AHA) certification, not expiring within 30 days of hire.
Associate degree in nursing (ASN); BSN preferred.
Minimum two years of recent RN experience in an acute CVICU setting.
Prior experience using Cerner EMR strongly preferred.
Independent transportation for assignments and shifts.
Flexibility to work the assigned schedule; travel‑nurse experience preferred.
CCRN certification preferred.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical record system.
