About the role
A man power management solutions firm operating across East Africa is recruiting, on behalf of its client, a competent, skilled and experienced Regulatory Assistant to work in Nairobi, Kenya. The role ensures business compliance with regulations and standards, including Good Warehousing Practice as outlined by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures governing compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
Key responsibilities
- Quality assurance: apply for import permits according to PPB rules
- Document handling: ensure all documentation needed for official records is filed and easily retrievable
- Non-conformance: initiate, review and evaluate non-conformances
- Participate in implementing departmental and site environmental management system objectives
Required profile
- Diploma in business management or a related field
- Experience in document management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both in a team and independently with minimal supervision
