About the role
Old Mutual is seeking a Relationship Executive to manage and grow its portfolio of intermediaries and client relationships. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a superior experience for both brokers and end‑customers while supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end proactive management of intermediaries and customer relationships for assigned schemes.
- Deliver a superior customer experience and track performance against the OM Customer Service Charter, NPS and NES targets.
- Contribute to profitable portfolio growth through retention and competitive pricing of renewal/tender business.
- Provide market intelligence, manage costs, and support premium collection, excess and undertakings.
- Adhere to all processes, procedures and controls, and promote automation initiatives among clients and intermediaries.
- Collaborate with internal departments and undertake any additional duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in client servicing.
- Proven experience handling SME or corporate client portfolios.
- Strong sales background with excellent report writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- University graduate in a business‑related discipline (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics).
