About the role
Brightcom Investments Limited is looking for enthusiastic Relationship Officer interns to support its client‑facing activities. This short‑term position offers hands‑on exposure to the banking and finance sector while working closely with small and medium enterprises.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with SME clients.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Help address client inquiries and provide timely solutions.
Required profile
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience working with SMEs is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Required skills
- Understanding of financial reporting.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Problem‑solving ability.
- Ability to ride a motorbike (preferred).
What we offer
- Monthly stipend ranging from KES 15,000 to KES 30,000.
- Practical experience in a dynamic banking environment.
