Remote Business Consultant – Management Consulting

About the role

We are seeking a Management Consultant to join a leading Information Services firm on a contract basis. The role focuses on analysing business processes, pinpointing inefficiencies, and delivering strategic recommendations that boost operational performance and profitability. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to implement data‑driven solutions tailored to each client’s challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership, aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Lead design and implementation of process improvements, including workflow redesign, automation opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Document findings in clear, structured reports and presentations for executive audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting with a focus on process optimisation.
• Strong project‑management ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
