Remote Call Center Representative – Customer Service

About the role

We are seeking a remote Call Center Representative to provide friendly, empathetic support for customers of a smart, solar‑powered motorized window shade brand. You will handle inquiries across phone, email and live chat, helping parents and other shoppers resolve order issues and get the most out of their purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, patient, non‑robotic customer service across multiple channels.
• Prioritize and triage urgent tickets to meet daily warehouse cut‑off times.
• Handle phone calls, email messages and live‑chat conversations efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues while meeting performance KPIs.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and document resolutions.
• Identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions and own issues through to completion.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in e‑commerce support or operations is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage interactions across email, voice and live chat, sometimes concurrently.
• Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem‑solving skills.
