Remote Director of Marketing

About the role

Together Light, a Christian Filipina company with high seven-figure annual revenue and a remote team of over 200 professionals, is looking for a full-time, remote Marketing Director. You will own the inbound marketing function, lead a global paid, influencer and content marketing team, oversee lead generation and conversion, and drive revenue growth through data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi-channel marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, and scale successful campaigns
• Optimize landing pages and conversion, and oversee Google Ads, Bing Ads and influencer partnerships
• Use satisfied customers to drive referral growth and implement structured snippets
• Lead an international marketing team, hold weekly reviews and provide mentorship and coaching
• Work with tech and product teams to improve user experience and tracking
• Analyze key metrics and funnels, test offers, pricing and promotions, and track CSAT
• Collaborate with internal departments on workflows and compliance, and address customer concerns

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and direct response marketing
• Understanding of marketing psychology and high-converting copywriting
• Ability to analyze data, forecast revenue and optimize ad spend
• Experience managing and scaling remote, international teams
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM, automation and advertising tools
• Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM (typing test required)
