About the role
Iron Hill Spirits is seeking a full‑time Remote Key Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships with its most important customers. You will develop strategic business plans, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the brand’s premium tequila reaches both connoisseurs and casual enthusiasts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts across the MA/RI market.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Conduct regular account reviews and prepare performance reports.
- Drive sales growth through strategic planning and analytical decision‑making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management, specifically handling key accounts.
- Strong business planning and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the beverage or spirits industry is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a data‑driven approach to sales.
